Royal Kingdom Update Brings 100 New Levels, Rubber Duck Item And Pounder Enemy

Royal Kingdom has a new update, and its Australian App Store listing says what is in it. Developer Dream Games lists 100 new levels, a new item, a new enemy and a new district.

The listing’s release notes are headed “a grand new update”. The version is numbered 34392, and the listing’s date works out to 6:59pm AEDT on Monday 19 October (our conversion from 07:59 UTC).

The first item in the notes is 100 new levels, which the listing calls “fun and exciting challenges”.

The new item is the Rubber Duck. The notes describe it as a way to “Pop the balloons one by one”, then release the duck.

The new enemy is Pounder. In the listing’s words, when it strikes, “it smashes everything in sight”.

The new district is Cistern. The notes tell players to keep expanding the kingdom, and to “discover new horizons”.

The listing gives no release dates for later content. It also says nothing more about how the Rubber Duck or Pounder work, so those details sit inside the game.

The App Store listing shows the game as free in Australia, from Dream Games Dijital Teknolojiler A.S. Its store screenshots carry the captions “Save the King” and “Drop the Rocks”.

We read the iOS listing only. We did not check Google Play, so this article says nothing about the Android version.

When we read Apple’s top-grossing games chart on 20 October, Royal Kingdom was 16th in Australia and 6th in the United States. Those are two separate charts, and they change daily.
