Spooky season is landing in Pokémon GO, and it kicks off at 10am wherever you are!
Halloween 2026 Part I runs from Tuesday 27 October at 10:00am to Sunday 1 November at 10:00am local time. Every time on the page is local time, so we get the same 10am start in Australia (nice and simple).
Three costumed Pokémon debut: Pikachu wearing a hat and capelet, Zubat wearing a top hat, and Sinistea wearing a bow. If you’re lucky you might even meet a Shiny one! You can also tap spooky surprises in the wild for a chance at event encounters, candy or Rare Candy.

A remix of the Lavender Town music will play nightly, so turn your sound up!
The GO Pass: Halloween 2026 runs from 10:00am on 27 October to 8:00pm on Thursday 5 November local time. Reach Rank 10 for 2× Candy for catching Pokémon, and Rank 20 for 2× Stardust. The paid GO Pass Deluxe is US$7.99 on the page (no Australian price is listed, and the page says availability may vary by region).
Want one more reason to get out? The Chandelure Super Mega Raid Day is on Saturday 31 October from 2:00pm to 5:00pm local time.
So charge the phone, pack a battery bank and get out there on the 27th!
