Got the Premium Edition? Then you can already be fighting through Emergence Day, because Gears of War: E-Day Early Access went live at 1am AEST this morning!
That goes for Premium Edition players and for Game Pass subscribers who’ve bought the Premium Upgrade. Everyone else waits for the worldwide launch on 6 October at 8am PT, which works out to 2am AEDT on Wednesday 7 October here (daylight saving kicks in on Sunday, so Queensland gets in at 1am instead). That’s also when Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members can join the fight.
To mark the day The Coalition has put out a launch gameplay trailer, and it’s set to Metallica’s “For Whom the Bell Tolls”. If you missed our pre-install guide, get the download going now!
