Diablo Characters Arrive As Outfits In Dead by Daylight
Behaviour Interactive has released the Diablo Collection for Dead by Daylight, and its Steam post says the collection is out now. The post went up at 18:00 UTC on 23 October, which is 5am AEDT on 24 October by our conversion.
The post opens with four short lines: “Mother of Sanctuary. Lord of Hatred. Lord of Lies. Hell is coming to The Fog.” It adds that, even in the Burning Hells, “nothing escapes The Entity’s reach.”
Lilith arrives as a Visceral Outfit for The Artist. Her father, Mephisto, and the Lord of Lies, Belial, arrive as Ascended Outfits for The Nurse and The Dredge.
Three more outfits are for survivors. The Barbarian’s Plight, the Sorcerer’s Perspective and the Necromancer’s Duty arrive as Very Rare Outfits for David King, Zarina Kassir and Taurie Cain.
Caroline Faber, Steve Blum and Ray Porter return to voice Lilith, Mephisto and Belial in Dead by Daylight, the post says. It does not say which actor voices which character.
The post embeds a video titled Dead by Daylight | The Diablo Collection Trailer from the game’s own YouTube channel. We have not watched it, so we do not describe it.
The post gives no price for the collection. Steam’s Australian store page listed Dead by Daylight itself at A$11.58 on 24 October, which is 60% off A$28.95.
The collection follows the 10.2.1 update that renamed Abandon to Surrender, which we covered in our report on that patch.
For now, Behaviour Interactive’s post is the only listing of the collection’s contents that we have read, and it names six outfits and three voice actors.
