Server transfers in AION 2 are on hold, with no date given for their return.
The AION 2 Team posted a notice on Steam titled Server Transfers on Hold at 19:24 UTC on 26 October. Converted to Sydney time, that was 6:24am AEDT on 27 October.
The notice is three sentences long, after its greeting. It reads in full:
“Greetings Daevas, We are placing server transfers on hold until further notice as we are currently investigating an issue. We will share more information when we can. We thank you for your understanding.”

The notice does not say what the issue is, whether any transfer already in progress is affected, or when its next update will come.
The hold lands at the end of the transfer schedule. The team’s earlier Server Transfer Products Info notice set the Launch server sales period as running “through before the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, October 27 (PDT) / Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (CET)”.
That earlier notice priced the transfer itself at 0 Quna, once per account. Gamers Classified reported when server transfers opened on 11 October, including the rules on which characters could move.
The team has said it will share more information when it can.
