Francis Coulombe’s Horror RPG Arrives On PlayStation

Look Outside has a console launch trailer. PlayStation posted Look Outside – Launch Trailer | PS5 & PS4 Games on its YouTube channel this weekend.

The Australian PlayStation Store lists the game for PS4 and PS5 at A$14.95, with a release date of 31 October 2026. It names Devolver Digital as publisher, and its legal text credits the console versions to MP2 Games.

Devolver Digital also posted its own video, titled Don’t dare to LOOK OUTSIDE on Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 and PlayStation 4 & 5. That title is the only Switch information Gamers Classified has read, so no Switch date or price is given here.

The store page describes Look Outside as “a survival horror RPG set in a single apartment building.” Anyone who looks out the window turns into a monster, and the player scavenges the building for food, supplies and weapons.

The listing promises “over 150 hand-crafted creatures” in turn-based combat, a dozen boss encounters and several different endings. It puts the playtime at 10 to 12 hours.

Between expeditions, the player returns to the apartment to recover. The store text lists playing games, making dinner, crafting tools and getting to know neighbours who become allies, and says some characters can be recruited and given shelter in the apartment as the mystery unfolds.

On PC, Look Outside has been on Steam since 21 March 2025, where Francis Coulombe is listed as developer and Devolver Digital as publisher. It was A$8.99 on the Australian Steam store when checked on Sunday.

The PlayStation Store rates it for Strong Horror Themes and Strong Violence.
