Ever looked up in Big Walk and thought the stars seemed a bit off? You weren’t imagining it, and House House has fixed it!

The Melbourne studio behind Untitled Goose Game pushed patch 1.6.0 for its co-op walker-talker this week. The best line in the notes says the stars “should now be oriented more accurately to the real life southern hemisphere sky” (our sky, in other words, so you can finally stargaze properly).

There’s plenty more in it too. Join codes now use letters and numbers, rare connection problems are fixed, and there are two new settings for first-person arm movement and echo cancellation. Kick someone from your game and any messages they’ve written disappear with them!

Never tried it? Big Walk is a proximity-chat adventure for two to 12 friends, and it’s 20% off on Steam right now.

What: Big Walk patch 1.6.0, plus a Steam sale
Price: A$23.60 on Steam, down from A$29.50, until 15 October
Platforms: Steam, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and the Mac App Store

So grab a few mates, head out after dark and check the stars for yourself!
