Builders, rejoice! Clash of Clans has a new update on the Australian App Store, and the listing says it reworks the way your builders make suggestions!

Version 18.647.5 went up at 7:30am UTC on 21 October, which is 6:30pm AEDT by our conversion. The notes open with “Builder’s Been Busy” and promise a “Builder Suggestions Rework” with filters and categories in an “all-new Builder Menu”.

There are menu changes too (we love a tidy menu). The notes say new additions to the Battle Menu, Player Profile and Clan Chat make running your village “more convenient and fun”, and they add that “numerous quality-of-life improvements” are in.

Supercell has been listening to feedback on the builder tab. In a 15 October blog post it said “We know the new builder tab is a big shift” and that it was following feedback before deciding on larger changes. We can’t say whether this update is that larger change, because the notes don’t say.

It costs nothing to download, and you need iOS 15.0 or later. The Australian listing shows a 4.7 average from 207,699 ratings, and the game sat 22nd on Apple’s top-grossing games chart for Australia when we read it on 23 October.

We only read the App Store page and the blog. We did not check Google Play, and we have not played this update yet.

So open the App Store, update your village and go and see what your builders have been up to!
