Worlds 2026 is three rounds into its Swiss Stage, and two teams are already through to the Knockouts. Here is everything that has happened so far, and when you need to be up for what comes next.

Worlds 2026 started on 15 October in Los Angeles. Riot’s Worlds 2026 Primer splits it into the Play-In Stage, the Swiss Stage in Allen, Texas, and the Knockout Stage, which finishes in Brooklyn. Every result below comes from Riot’s official schedule, and the dates are as it shows them in Sydney time.

The Play-Ins were a four-team, best-of-five double elimination bracket. Karmine Corp beat Cloud9 Kia 3-2 and MVK Esports beat FURIA 3-0 on 16 October. Karmine Corp then beat MVK 3-0, and FURIA knocked out Cloud9 Kia 3-1. MVK beat FURIA 3-1 to get another shot, but Karmine Corp beat them 3-0 again on 19 October. Karmine Corp went on to the Swiss Stage. MVK, one of the three LCP teams, were eliminated. Our Play-In preview has the full field.

The Swiss Stage has 16 teams. The primer says three match wins send you to the Knockouts and three losses eliminate you. Round one opened on 24 October, and we covered it in our round one report.

Gen.G and Dplus Kia have won all three. Gen.G beat Invictus Gaming, then Hanwha Life Esports, then LYON 2-1. Dplus Kia beat G2 Esports, then T1, then Movistar KOI 2-0. That makes them the first two teams into the Knockout Stage.

At the other end, Anyone’s Legend and Team Secret Whales are out at 0-3. Team Secret Whales lost to LYON and Invictus Gaming, then lost 2-0 to LOS this morning. Anyone’s Legend went down 2-0 to Team Liquid Alienware in their third match.

That leaves CTBC Flying Oyster as the last LCP team standing. They beat Team Liquid Alienware, then lost to Movistar KOI and to T1. At 1-2, one more loss ends their run. Our round three preview set up those matches.

By our count from the results, six teams sit at 2-1. They are Movistar KOI, LYON, Invictus Gaming, TOP Esports, T1 and Bilibili Gaming. Six more are at 1-2: Hanwha Life Esports, G2 Esports, CTBC Flying Oyster, Karmine Corp, LOS and Team Liquid Alienware.

Round four is all best of three, and the times suit you better than the 4am starts did. On Thursday 29 October Movistar KOI play T1 at 7am and LYON play Invictus Gaming at 10am. On Friday 30 October CTBC Flying Oyster face Karmine Corp at 7am, then Bilibili Gaming play TOP Esports at 10am. On Saturday 31 October it’s Team Liquid Alienware against LOS at 7am and G2 Esports against Hanwha Life Esports at 10am.

Round five follows on Sunday 1 November at 4am, 7am and 10am, with the teams still to be decided. The Quarterfinals run from 4 to 7 November at 9am, the Semifinals are on 8 and 9 November at 9am, and the Final is at 6am on Sunday 15 November. All of those are best of five.

This is not an Australian-team story. No Australian team is in the field as far as the sources we read show. It is the League of Legends world championship, and the LCP is the league the primer lists for Asia Pacific.

Set your alarm for 7am on Friday if you want to see whether CTBC Flying Oyster survive.
