Virtus.pro swept the EMEA lobby and Team Falcons did it again in the Americas. Eight teams are now through to the PUBG Global Championship on points, but the list is not locked yet.
Last weekend’s Finals 2 had one job. It was the last chance to earn PGC Points, as we flagged going in. KRAFTON’s results post went up on Steam at 5:18am AEDT today.
In the PUBG EMEA Championship: Fall, Virtus.pro won Finals 2. That is a big turnaround. They finished 13th in Finals 1, then swept the lobby in Finals 2. Over in PUBG Americas Series 2, Team Falcons won Finals 2 as well as Finals 1. Back-to-back wins in a 16-team lobby is not easy, and KRAFTON says the squad has “fully adapted to the 2026 competitive environment”.
Who is in
Four teams from each region have qualified for PGC 2026 through PGC Points. From EMEA, it’s Virtus.pro, Natus Vincere, 09 and Twisted Minds. From the Americas, it’s Team Falcons, Team Liquid, Godlike and Circle Nine.
Here is the part to watch. Several of those teams can also qualify by doing well at the PUBG Global Series. If one does, its points slot passes to the next best team on its region’s leaderboard. KRAFTON names Acend Club and Copenhagen Wolves as teams with a strong chance of moving up that way. Virtus.pro and Team Falcons are already high on the PGS table, so keep an eye on them.
There is one more seat sorted by location. PGC 2026 is in Türkiye, so a Turkish team gets a host region seed. The details are still to come.
The dates
If you want to see how the list settles, these are the events to follow:
- PGS 10: 14 to 18 October
- PGS 11: 22 to 25 October
- PGS 12: 29 October to 1 November
- PGC 2026: 1 to 13 December
The post does not give start times, so check PUBG Esports closer to each event. The official English broadcast for the regional finals ran on Twitch.
No Oceanic team is named anywhere in the post. If you would rather play than watch, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS is free on Steam.
