The Americas and EMEA both crown their second champions of the split this weekend. It is also the last chance for any of their teams to earn the points that get them to Istanbul.

The PUBG Americas Series 2 Finals 2 start at 9am AEST today. If you’re on the east coast, that’s breakfast viewing. The PUBG EMEA Championship: Fall Finals 2 already got going at 2am this morning, so you’ll be catching up on that one.

Both events run three match days. Daylight saving starts on Sunday, so from day two the Americas start at 10am AEDT, on Sunday 4 and Monday 5 October. The EMEA days move to 3am AEDT. If you’re in Queensland, nothing moves for you. It stays 9am and 2am.

Both finals use the SUPER format. That’s 15 matches across the three days, and the team with the most combined kill points and placement points at the end takes the title. Consistency wins this, not one big game.

What makes this weekend matter is the PGC Points. Finals 1 and 2 are the final chance for teams to earn them, and those points decide who qualifies for the PUBG Global Championship 2026 in Istanbul. The posts put the PGC at 32 teams and “over $1,500,000 of prize pool”, without naming a currency.

In the Americas, Team Falcons and Team Liquid are the teams to beat. They won Finals 1 and Finals 2 of PAS1 respectively. They share the lobby with 14 others, including Copenhagen Wolves, Godlike and TOYO.

The EMEA lobby has Natus Vincere, Team Vitality, Virtus.Pro, Twisted Minds and S8UL among its 16. There’s an extra wrinkle there. Because the PGC is in Türkiye, one Turkish team gets a host wildcard straight into the Grand Finals, which run from 11 to 13 December. If a Turkish team qualifies on points, it takes the wildcard and its points slot goes to the next best EMEA team.

You can watch on the official English broadcast on Twitch or Kick. Hit 120 minutes of cumulative watch time on a PAS or PEC broadcast in a day and you unlock that day’s Drop. Day one’s are the Battle Hazard Work Boots and the RIP YOU spray, and the day three set includes the Winner Winner Hat.

There are no Oceanic teams in either lobby. For PUBG at the Asian Games, see our earlier preview. PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS itself is free on Steam if this weekend gets you back in.
