PS5 Pre-Order Trailer Confirms Date, Premium Edition Early Access And A Ferrari J50 Bonus
Forza Horizon 6 is coming to PlayStation 5 on 26 January 2027. The date is in the description of a PS5 pre-order trailer that the official Forza channel posted on YouTube early on Saturday 10 October, Australian time.
The description says pre-orders are open and that they carry “a pre-tuned Ferrari J50 in-game”. It also says players can “Play up to 5 days early” with the Premium Edition, which includes the “all-new Expansion on Day One”.
A second, shorter upload of the trailer says the PS5 release comes “alongside the first Premium Expansion and a free update”. The Forza.net home page repeats the January 2027 window and the Premium Expansion, and that shorter upload spells the date out as “January 26, 2027”.

The game is already out elsewhere. Playground Games said on 19 May 2026 that Forza Horizon 6 was “now available for everyone on Xbox Series X|S and PC”, and the trailer’s description sets the game in Japan, with “over 550 real-world cars” and the streets of “Tokyo City”.
Neither the video description nor Forza.net gives a PS5 price, in Australian dollars or any other currency. The only Australian price we could read is the PC one: Steam lists the base game at A$109.95.
The description also invites players to “become a racing Legend”, and the Steam page lists Playground Games as the developer and Xbox Game Studios as the publisher.
For PlayStation players in Australia, that means a 26 January 2027 launch, with the Premium Edition promising up to five days earlier.
