New Trailer For Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Undersea Expansion
Nintendo of America has posted a showcase trailer for Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Keepsake Sea on Nintendo Switch 2.
The video’s description says the expansion “launches on November 18, 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2”.
The description says players become a magical mermaid and set sail on a new ocean adventure, with five new Villagers and an Adventure Companion. It names them as Milo Thatch, Captain Jack Sparrow, Megara, Captain Hook, Wendy and Dory.
Gameloft set out more in its Showcase Stream post on 21 October, which gives the same 18 November date for the expansion. It also opened a Seafaring Star Path on 21 October, running until 2 December, with nautical furniture and Merfolk clothing to use in the expansion.
The post lists three island Biomes, Shipwreck Shores, Candy Cove and the Kingdom of Oublié, each with its own underwater areas to explore in Merfolk form. It also adds an Enchanted Pirate Ship with a Captain’s Cabin that can be decorated, and Adventure Companions, starting with Dory.
For owners of the base game, the expansion is an additional purchase that comes with 5,000 Moonstones, or part of a Deluxe Edition with 10,000 Moonstones and Flounder and Sebastian as extra companions. New players can buy The Keepsake Sea Edition, which includes the base game, and Arcade Edition owners get the expansion on day one at no extra cost.
Players who buy it and play between 18 November and 2 December also earn an exclusive fin for their mermaid, according to the post. After that, the free ‘Ohana Holidays update brings Lilo to the Valley on 9 December.
The expansion’s Steam page lists the same date but no Australian price yet.
