Warzone Heads to the Korean Peninsula on Friday
Activision has released the Call of Duty: Warzone Hajin Conflict launch trailer on the official Call of Duty YouTube channel, ahead of Season 1.
The trailer is embedded in Activision’s Season 1 overview on Steam, which sets the start time at midnight ET on 6 November.
That is 4pm AEDT on Friday 6 November, by our conversion.
Season 1 fully integrates Modern Warfare 4 into the free-to-play Warzone, with a Player Level reset and access to all 33 Modern Warfare 4 launch weapons.
The headline map is Hajin, a new Battle Royale map that Activision says brings Warzone to South Korea for the first time. Players fight across 13 major points of interest on both sides of the border between North and South Korea.

A second new map, Zodiac, is a compact Resurgence map built around the DRC Advanced Systems drone assembly and manufacturing headquarters.
At launch the playlist covers Battle Royale and Resurgence, with Casual variants of each, plus Rally Point, Massive Resurgence and Loaded Resurgence. Extreme Resurgence and Rockets and Snipers follow in the mid-season.
New gear includes the Zipline Launcher and the Grabber Drone. Tactical Sprint becomes available to every Operator without a Perk, with a slightly shorter duration, and players can now drag allies while reviving them.
Weapons from Modern Warfare II through Black Ops 7 stay usable in a Legacy tab, but they cannot be edited in Gunsmith. A five-attachment version of each Legacy base weapon will be available instead, and Legacy Blueprints unlock through Player XP in the Armory.
The full patch notes are due on the Call of Duty blog. Season 1 of Modern Warfare 4 also starts on 6 November, as covered here last week.
