GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE has started its 4th Anniversary with the MARIA-n story event and two new limited recruits. Most of it runs until the morning of 19 November in Australia.
The NIKKE 4th Anniversary update is live, and the official update notice lists every banner and event date. The game was first on Apple’s top-grossing games charts in South Korea and Taiwan when we read them this morning. It was fourth in Japan and 21st in Australia. The times below are converted from the notice’s UTC+9 to AEDT, and the conversion is ours.
SSR Marian: Queen is in Special Recruit from the end of the 29 October maintenance until 6:59am AEDT on 19 November. She is a Fire Attacker from Pilgrim with an MG. SSR Scarlet: Goddeath follows from 7am AEDT on 5 November until 6:59am AEDT on 26 November. She is a Fire Attacker with an AR who specialises in Pierce Attacks.
The rules are the same on both banners. The notice gives a 4% chance of an SSR Nikke and a 1% chance of the featured Nikke. You can recruit with free or paid Gems, or Advanced Recruit Vouchers, but not Ordinary Recruit Vouchers. Pulls earn Gold Mileage Tickets, and 200 of them can be exchanged for that banner’s Nikke. Unused tickets do not disappear. You also get one free Special Recruit attempt a day on each banner, though free attempts earn no tickets.
You do not need to pull for SSR Rapunzel: Sanctuary. She is a Supporter who heals allies and raises their attack. She comes from the MARIA-n story event, the 14-Day Login and the 4th Anniversary event, until 6:59am AEDT on 19 November. The notice says she will not go into any recruit pool after the event ends. Logging in during the 4th Anniversary event also gives you 10 Advanced Recruit Vouchers, 10 Selective Recruitment Exclusive Vouchers and a 4th Anniversary Present.
Pilgrim Selective Recruitment brings back Cinderella, Grave and Nayuta until the same date, with one free attempt a day. STORY II of MARIA-n opens at 7am AEDT on 5 November. A Skill Reset runs until 6:59am AEDT on 5 November, and three Skill Uninstallers are sent by in-game mail. Union Raid starts at 7am AEDT today, 30 October, and ends at 6:59am AEDT on 5 November.
The App Store listing has the update as version 153.6(10). Its notes also list Main Story Chapters 49 and 50 and the official opening of Champion Arena. Before you download, the notice says you need at least 18GB free on your phone, or 23GB for a first install.
The developer has already posted an optimisation notice and a known issues list for the update. If you are thinking about the limited banners, read the rates in the notice first. If you just want Rapunzel: Sanctuary, log in every day until 19 November. Our Mobile Gaming section has more gacha news, and the top-grossing chart we read is public.
