A demo of Let It Die: Inferno is available now on PS5 — and PlayStation has posted a release trailer for it, 33 seconds long, on its YouTube channel.
The upload went live at 7am PDT on 21 October, which is 1am AEDT on 22 October by our conversion. The video is titled “Let It Die Inferno – Demo Version Release Trailer | PS5 Games”.
Its description says “A demo version of LET IT DIE: INFERNO is available now”. It invites players to “immerse yourself in Hell Gate’s PvE experience”, and says the game now has “more content than ever before”.
The description links to the game’s PlayStation Store page and ends with the line “Rated Mature”. Its hashtags are #ps5, #ps5games and #letitdieinferno.
On the Australian PlayStation Store, that page lists LET IT DIE: INFERNO Demo as free, names GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc. as the publisher, and marks the game as PS5 and PS5 Pro Enhanced.
The page’s content descriptors read “In-Game Purchases, Strong Violence”, and its short description asks players to “throw yourself into Hell”.
For the full game, the page notes that online play is required and that PS Plus is needed for it. It lists support for up to eight online players with PS Plus.
We haven’t watched the trailer’s footage for this article, so nothing here describes what it shows. The trailer’s description gives no end date for the demo and no release date for the full game, and it gives no size for the download.
