The Western Sydney Wanderers Football Club (Wanderers FC) joined the Hyundai A League in 2012. This is a football (soccer) league which consists of 10 teams from across Australia and New Zealand. Recently, the Hyundai A League expanded into Esports by launching the Hyundai E-League. This is an Esports (video game) competition where Esports athletes play the video game Pro FIFA competitively. Wanderers FC currently have three competitors in the Hyundai E-League who will be benefiting from a new partnership between Wanderers FC and HyperX. This partnership will see the Wanderers FC E-League competitors receive best-in-class audio technology to boost their performance.
One Esports athlete to benefit from this partnership is Joseph Nassar (N8 OhNoAGoat) who plays Pro FIFA on XBox for the Western Sydney Wanderers. Nassar received a HyperX Cloud Alpha Gaming Headset courtesy of this partnership. He had this to say about his new equipment: ‘for me, comfort is key when I play video games. Having something over my head blasting music in my ears with comfort, I have nothing but focus while playing. I feel unstoppable.’
The premier feature of the HyperX Cloud Alpha Gaming Headset are its Dual Chamber Drivers. These chambers reduce distortion by separating the high low and bass sounds. This means that different parts of the headset are dedicated to playing different sound frequencies. This helps give each sound more distinction. Suddenly, you’ll hear your favourite songs in a whole new way.
The headsets also feature red memory foam which molds to the wearer’s head and ears. This creates a comfortable snug fit for all wearers. The snug fit increases noise cancellation and adds to the immersive experience.
